- In a bowl, whisk honey, fresh orange and lemon juices, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth and fragrant.
- Place chicken thighs in a large resealable bag with marinade, refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours, turning halfway to coat evenly.
- Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and position rack in the center.
- Line a baking sheet with foil, place thighs skin-side up, and brush with any remaining marinade.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until skin is golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
