Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a bowl, whisk honey, fresh orange and lemon juices, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth and fragrant.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a large resealable bag with marinade, refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours, turning halfway to coat evenly.
  3. Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and position rack in the center.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil, place thighs skin-side up, and brush with any remaining marinade.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until skin is golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let chicken rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
