- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Whisk honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice in a shallow bowl until smooth.
- Mix chopped parsley, dill, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until evenly combined.
- Brush the marinade across the top of each salmon fillet on your prepared pan.
- Press the herb mixture firmly onto each glazed fillet.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Rest the baked fillets for 2 minutes on the pan before serving.
