Prepare the Dish

- Peel & Slice Pears: Peel, core, and slice pears into wedges, toss with brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, grated nutmeg, and lemon juice.

Prepare the Crumble Topping
- Mix Topping: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, light brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Cut in cold unsalted butter until coarse crumbs form.
- Top the Pears: Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the pears.
Bake the Crumble
- Bake: Place on the center rack and bake for 35–40 minutes until topping is golden and pear filling bubbles.
- Cool & Serve: Allow the crumble to rest for 10 minutes before serving warm.
