- Sauté spinach until wilted, drain, then stir with ricotta, lemon zest, Parmesan, egg, and garlic until creamy.
- Drizzle olive oil into a saucepan, add marinara, and stir over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes until simmering.
- Spoon filling into each shell and arrange over warmed marinara in a baking dish.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes until golden.
