For the Glaze & Salmon
- In a small bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth and glossy, about 30 seconds.
- Warm 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 2 minutes.
- Place seasoned fillets skin-side down; cook 3–4 minutes until edges turn golden brown and crisp.
- Pour honey-soy mix over fish, reduce heat to medium, and spoon glaze onto fillets for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer salmon to a plate and let rest 2 minutes so the glaze sets into a glossy finish.
For the Sesame Spinach
- Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in another skillet over medium heat; add fresh spinach and toss until wilted, about 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over greens, season lightly with salt, and toss for 30 seconds until fragrant.
