Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the Pan: Warm olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 2 minutes.
  2. Cook Shrimp: Add seasoned shrimp in a single layer; sauté 1–2 minutes per side until opaque, pink, and lightly golden.
  3. Transfer Shrimp: Remove shrimp to a warmed plate, leaving brown bits in the pan.
  4. Sauté Zucchini: Add remaining butter and zucchini; cook 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Add Garlic: Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Combine & Finish: Return shrimp to the pan, squeeze in fresh lemon juice, and toss gently for 1 minute.
  7. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley (and Parmesan if using) over the shrimp and zucchini.
