  • 1 lb Ground pork Juicy and savory depth
  • 1 cup Carrots Finely grated
  • 1/4 cup Green onions Chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce Adjust to taste

For Wrapping and Frying
  • 20 Lumpia wrappers Handle gently
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil Neutral oil with high smoke point
Optional Dippers
  • 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce For dipping
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar With garlic for dipping

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Brown ground pork with garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in grated carrots and chopped green onions. Cook 2 more minutes until veggies soften. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Transfer the pork mixture to a bowl and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Lay one wrapper on a clean surface. Place 2 tablespoons of filling near one corner. Fold sides inward, then roll snugly, sealing edge with water.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet to 1-inch depth. Heat to 350°F until shimmer appears.
  6. Fry rolls in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Arrange lumpia on a platter. Serve immediately with sweet chili sauce and garlic vinegar.
