  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries adds a tangy sweetness

  • 1 medium Crisp Apple preferably tart variety
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil smooth base for dressing
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar adds zesty brightness
  • 1 tbsp Honey natural sweetness
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard adds depth

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the mixed greens thoroughly and spin dry.
  2. Toast walnuts in a baking sheet at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Core and slice the apple; thinly slice red onion.
Making the Dressing
  1. Combine olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper in a jar; shake well.
Assembling the Salad
  1. Combine mixed greens, cranberries, walnuts, apple, and onion in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
  3. Serve immediately, garnished with extra walnuts and cranberries.
