  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for cooking

  • 2 cups Fresh cranberries essential for the glaze

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pat salmon dry, season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Place fillets skin-side down in the hot skillet. Cook undisturbed for 4–5 minutes until skin turns crispy and golden brown.
  3. Turn fillets over carefully and cook 2–3 minutes more until salmon reaches 125°F for medium-rare.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, fresh orange juice, honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer 5–7 minutes until thick.
  5. Spoon warm glaze over each fillet in the skillet, cooking 1 minute more for an even, glossy coating.
