How to Make Beef Snow Pea Ginger Stir Fry
  1. Pat sirloin strips dry and toss with cornstarch in a bowl.
  2. Warm 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the beef in a single layer; cook undisturbed 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Transfer beef to a plate.
  4. Add grated ginger and minced garlic; stir constantly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Toss in fresh snow peas; stir-fry about 2 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and cornstarch slurry until smooth.
  7. Return seared beef and any accumulated juices to the wok; pour in the sauce, then stir constantly for about 1 minute until thickened.
  8. Remove from heat and sprinkle sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds over the stir fry. Serve immediately.
