Preparation
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Mix Base: In a bowl, whisk together rolled oats, milk, egg, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add Fruit & Spice: Fold in diced tart apples, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Transfer & Bake: Pour the oat-apple mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 35–40 minutes.
- Rest & Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes, then scoop into bowls and top with chopped nuts and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
