Making the Cookies
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment.

- Combine Wet & Dry: Gradually fold dry ingredients into the butter mixture until no flour streaks remain.
- Chill Dough: Cover dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Scoop & Roll: Portion dough into balls and roll in sanding sugar.
