How to Make

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter, add minced garlic, then shrimp. Sauté 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
  3. Pour in fresh lemon juice, stir in lemon zest and 2 tbsp butter. Simmer about 1 minute until smooth and fragrant.
  4. Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in buttery lemon sauce and shrimp, heating another 30 seconds.
  5. Sprinkle chopped parsley, optional red pepper flakes, and grate Parmesan if you like. Serve immediately for best flavor.
