Instructions

- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.

- Add Eggs and Milk: Mix in the eggs and milk until the mixture is well combined.

- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg.

- Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Then, mix in the chai tea.

- Fill the Cupcake Liners: Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.

- Bake: Place the muffins in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
