- 3 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the diced ham and half of the shredded cheese into the mixture.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the ham mixture evenly across the bottom.
- Top the mixture with frozen tater tots, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the tater tots for a cheesy finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired, and serve hot.
