Instructions

Making fruit popsicles is as simple as blending, pouring, and freezing. Follow these easy steps:

  1. Chop the Fruit into Small Pieces
    Start by washing your chosen fruits thoroughly. Chop them into small, manageable pieces. This will make blending easier and ensure a smoother texture.
  2. Combine Ingredients in a Blender
    In a blender, combine the chopped fruit, yogurt or coconut milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and lemon juice. These ingredients together will form the base of your popsicles.
  3. Blend Until Smooth
    Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency. Make sure there are no large fruit chunks remaining for a uniform texture.
  4. Pour the Mixture into Popsicle Molds
    Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds. Leave a small gap at the top of each mold to allow for expansion as the mix freezes.
  5. Insert Sticks and Freeze
    Place a stick in each mold. Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours or until they are completely solid.
  6. Release the Popsicles
    To easily remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. This will loosen them without melting.
