- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the cauliflower and broccoli until they become tender. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
- In a baking dish, combine the shredded chicken, steamed cauliflower and broccoli, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the baking dish. Mix everything until the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until it becomes bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the casserole before serving to add a fresh pop of flavor and color.
