Delicious Chicken Cauliflower Casserole Recipe

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Steam the cauliflower and broccoli until they become tender. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
    3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
    4. In a baking dish, combine the shredded chicken, steamed cauliflower and broccoli, and shredded cheddar cheese.
    5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the baking dish. Mix everything until the ingredients are evenly coated.
    6. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until it becomes bubbly and golden brown on top.
    7. Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the casserole before serving to add a fresh pop of flavor and color.
