  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups bean sprouts

  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Optional: chili flakes for spice

Instructions

Follow these simple steps to prepare your Chicken Pad Thai:

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
  3. Push chicken to one side and add beaten eggs, scrambling until cooked.
  4. Add cooked noodles, bean sprouts, and green onions to the skillet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar. Pour over noodle mixture and stir well.
