Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Heat your cooked chicken in a pan over medium heat. Add the taco seasoning and stir until the chicken is thoroughly coated and warmed through.
  2. Layer the Base: In individual serving bowls, start by layering the cooked rice evenly.
  3. Add the Veggies: Distribute the black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes or salsa over the rice.
  4. Top with Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken on top of the vegetable and rice mixture.
