Chicken Asparagus Pasta Recipe

    • 8 oz pasta (any kind)

    • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed

    • 1 bunch asparagus, chopped

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    • 3 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1/2 cup chicken broth

    • 1/2 cup cream or dairy-free alternative

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

    1. Cook the Pasta
      Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.

    1. Cook the Chicken
      In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until it turns golden brown, about 6-7 minutes.

    1. Prepare the Vegetables
      Add the minced garlic and chopped asparagus to the pan. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the asparagus becomes tender.

    1. Combine Ingredients
      Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Mix in the cream, then add the cooked pasta. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

    1. Season and Serve
      Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
