Instructions

        • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.

        • Add the cocoa powder to the blender.

    1. Include the Fruits and Liquids:
        • Add the frozen banana and pour in the almond milk or your choice of plant-based milk.

        • Add one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.

        • Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
