Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, layer the torn croissant pieces and mixed berries evenly.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and berries, pressing down lightly to ensure the liquid is absorbed.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the croissants to soak up the mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and the custard is set.
- Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
