Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, spinach, bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
