Apple Chicken & Veggies Recipe

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed veggies: carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried or fresh
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken: In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts. Drizzle them with olive oil, and season with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the fruits and veggies: Arrange apple slices and mixed veggies around the chicken in the dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
