Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the chicken: In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts. Drizzle them with olive oil, and season with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the fruits and veggies: Arrange apple slices and mixed veggies around the chicken in the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
