Cooking Instructions

  2. Pat turkey thighs dry and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, black pepper, and tuck fresh thyme under the skin.
  3. Arrange thighs skin-side up on a rack-lined baking sheet. Roast for 45–50 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic until smooth.
  5. Bring the glaze to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Brush glaze over turkey thighs halfway through roasting, then again in the final 5 minutes.
  7. Remove thighs from oven and tent with foil; let rest 10 minutes before serving.
