Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat to 400°F and line a sheet pan with foil or parchment for easy cleanup.
  2. In a bowl, whisk honey, Dijon, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper into a glossy glaze, then add chicken thighs, tossing until every piece is thoroughly coated.
  3. Place coated chicken skin-side up on one half of the sheet pan, spacing pieces about 1" apart.
  4. In the bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper until lightly coated, then spread them on the other half of the pan in a single layer.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F, skin is golden-brown, and green beans are tender-crisp.
  6. If desired, switch to broil and cook 2–3 minutes to intensify chicken skin’s color, watching closely.
  7. Let chicken rest 5 minutes; sprinkle with lemon zest and chopped herbs for bright flavor and color.

For best results, marinate chicken thighs for at least 15 minutes or overnight to deepen flavor. Keep an eye on chicken's internal temperature to avoid drying out.
