Instructions

    1. Wash and Dry the Cherries
      Begin by washing the cherries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel, ensuring there is no moisture left as it can affect the chocolate coating.

    1. Prepare the Chocolate Mixture
      In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

    1. Dip the Cherries
      Hold each cherry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off back into the bowl.

    1. Arrange on a Baking Sheet
      Place the chocolate-dipped cherries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent them from sticking.
